Computer Repair

The Diagnostics + Repair Plan includes a full hardware diagnostic to ensure that your computer's physical components are working properly. Once the hardware diagnostics are complete, the computer then goes through an extensive operating system tune-up and clean-up which consists of virus removals, updates, disk management/optimization, disk defragmentation, operating system maintenance, etc. The Diagnostics + Repair Plan also includes software installations, operating system reinstall, data backup or data transfer, and all labor costs associated with the repair such as part installation fees. The only thing that is not covered under this service is any physical components that needs to be replaced or upgraded and data services such as data backup or data transfer.

Computer Hardware Diagnostics includes, testing only the physical components of the computer to make sure that all components are in good health and are functioning properly.

Software Fix Plan includes an extensive operating system tune-up and clean-up which consists of virus removals, updates, disk management/optimization, disk defragmentation, operating system maintenance, any software installations, operating system reinstallation, etc. This plan does NOT include hardware diagnostics, data backups, and hardware installations.

Operating System Install/Reinstall is where a brand-new copy of Windows or Mac is installed (this also covers factory restoring a computer). This service also covers updating the operating system after installation/reinstallation and other software installs.

Data Transfer includes, moving information from one device to another. Computer to computer, computer to external hard drive, smartphone to computer, etc. Within a data transfer we are able to move all users files such as contacts, desktop, documents, downloads, favorites, music, pictures, and videos. (NO PROGRAMS OR SOFTWARES CAN BE TRANSFERED DUE TO LISCENSING AND COPYRIGHT ISSUES).

The PC Rewire service is for computer towers and gamming computers that need to have cables redone for better cable management. Additionally, if hardware components need to be installed or upgraded, that is included in the service

New Computer Setup includes getting the computer prep for use, installing updates, and any software installations such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Office, etc. Data transfer from the old computer to the new one is included in this service.

Advanced Repair includes, removing BitLocker along with advanced laptop component replacements such as motherboard, display, keyboard, trackpad, CPU cooling fan, etc.

Quick Fix includes, computer component upgrades or replacements such as a hard drive, RAM, desktop CPU cooling fan, laptop battery, etc. A quick fix also covers password removal, software installs, stuck disk in gaming console or computer, etc. ($30.00 per service).

Recycle consists of a complete hard drive wipe (deleting all data and encrypting the hard drive) and physical destruction of the hard drive to ensure that the data is no longer accessible.
