Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website www.totaldatasupport.com or any services offered by Total Data Support, LLC ("Total Data Support," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, submitting a device for service, or making a purchase, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all customers, website visitors, and anyone who interacts with Total Data Support in any capacity, whether in person, online, or by phone.

Total Data Support, LLC is a technology services company headquartered in the greater Cincinnati area of Ohio. We are recognized as the #1 Computer Repair Business in Mason, Ohio, having achieved a quality score of more than 95%. Our services include computer repair, data recovery, custom PC builds, electronics retail, and comprehensive IT solutions for both consumers and businesses. We are an authorized partner of Lenovo, HP, Samsung, ASUS, UGREEN, Western Digital, SanDisk, Microsoft,NETGEAR, and are proud to offer Apple data recovery services that Apple themselves do not provide.

Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, submitting a device for service, booking an appointment, making a purchase, or otherwise engaging with Total Data Support in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are at least 13 years of age and have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You further confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to authorize service on any device you bring to us.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Total Data Support, LLC. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Services Offered
Total Data Support provides a broad range of technology services and products, including but not limited to:
Computer Repair: We perform diagnostics and repairs on laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, and other computing devices. Services include virus and malware removal, operating system cleanup and reinstallation, hardware replacements (including displays, motherboards, batteries, and more), software installations, and general system tune-ups.
Data Recovery: We specialize in recovering lost, deleted, or inaccessible data from a wide variety of storage devices and platforms, including hard drives, solid-state drives, iPhones, MacBooks, iMacs, and other Apple devices. This includes recovery from physically damaged and non-functional devices. Our Apple data recovery service is a specialized offering that Apple does not provide directly, and we have successfully recovered data that was previously deemed unrecoverable.
Custom PC Builds: We design and build custom desktop computers tailored to the specific needs and preferences of our customers, including gaming PCs and workstation builds.
Electronics Retail: We sell a curated selection of technology products including laptops, desktops, monitors, PC accessories, chargers, cables, Wi-Fi systems, NAS storage, printers, software licenses, and more, including products from Lenovo, UGREEN, HP, Logitech, and other leading brands.
Business Services: We offer IT solutions for businesses including networking, smart boards, video walls, NAS servers, security software, and enterprise-level support.
Total Data Support reserves the right to refuse service, modify service offerings, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
Appointments and Service Authorization
Customers wishing to receive repair or data recovery services have the option to book an appointment in advance through our online scheduling system or by contacting us directly. Walk-in appointments are welcome but subject to technician availability.
When you submit a device for service, you authorize Total Data Support to inspect, diagnose, and perform the requested service or evaluation on the device. You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the device or have full authorization from the owner to submit the device for service.
Before any significant repair work is performed, our technicians will provide you with a service estimate. Work will not commence beyond an initial diagnostic evaluation without your explicit approval of the estimated cost. You may decline the recommended service at any time prior to repair commencement. A diagnostic or evaluation fee may apply regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.
Total Data Support charges a $50 evaluation fee for Apple data recovery services. This fee is required to assess the feasibility of recovery and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the evaluation.
Pricing, Payment, and Financing
All prices for products and services are listed in U.S. dollars. Total Data Support reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order or service will be the price in effect at the time of purchase or service agreement.
Payment is due in full at the time-of-service completion for repair and data recovery services. For product purchases, payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment processing is handled by secure, third-party payment processors. Total Data Support does not store your full payment card information on our systems.
Total Data Support offers 12-month interest-free financing options for eligible purchases. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms of the applicable financing provider. Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any financing agreement they enter into.
Applicable taxes will be added to all purchases and services as required by Ohio law. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be disclosed at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Total Data Support offers a 14-day return or exchange policy on eligible product purchases. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Opened software, digital licenses, and consumable items are not eligible for return once opened or activated.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care Team within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned to our store location. Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Service fees, including diagnostic and evaluation fees, are non-refundable once service has been initiated. Refunds for repair services will only be considered in cases where the repair was not completed as agreed and the issue cannot be remedied. Total Data Support does not guarantee any specific outcome for data recovery services, and fees paid for data recovery evaluations and attempts are non-refundable regardless of whether data is successfully recovered.
In cases where a service is declined by the customer after a diagnostic has been performed, a diagnostic fee will still apply.
Device Abandonment Policy
Customers who submit devices for service are required to retrieve their device promptly upon completion or declination of service. Total Data Support maintains a 16-day client abandonment policy, as set forth below.
Total Data Support will hold any unretrieved devices, technology, or accessories for 16 days following the completion of a service order or the declination of service. Prior to the expiration of this hold period, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer at the 5-day, 10-day, and 15-day marks via phone call, voicemail, text message, email, and a written letter mailed to the address on file.
If a device remains unretrieved after the 16-day hold period, Total Data Support reserves the right to send the device for recycling. Once a device has been recycled, the customer will not receive any compensation for the device or a refund for any services performed.
If a customer requires additional time beyond the 16-day period due to an emergency or personal circumstances, they may request an extension by contacting our Customer Care Team. Extensions are subject to approval and will incur a storage fee of $5.00 per day for each day beyond the 16-day hold period.
Data and Device Liability
Total Data Support strongly recommends that all customers back up their data before submitting any device for service. While our technicians take every precaution to protect your data during the repair process, we cannot guarantee that all data will be preserved during a repair or service procedure. Total Data Support is not responsible for data loss that occurs during the course of a repair, upgrade, or diagnostic service.
For data recovery services, we will make all reasonable efforts to recover your data; however, we cannot guarantee a successful recovery in every case. The outcome of data recovery depends on the nature and severity of the damage to the storage device. Our evaluation will provide an honest assessment of the likelihood of recovery prior to any attempt.
Total Data Support is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects in a device that are identified during service. Any damage discovered during diagnostics that was not caused by our technicians will be communicated to the customer prior to proceeding.
Total Data Support's liability for any claim arising out of or related to service performed on your device shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service. In no event shall Total Data Support be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Warranty on Repairs
Total Data Support offers a limited 14 day warranty on certain repair services. The specific warranty period and coverage applicable to your repair will be communicated to you at the time of service. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific component or repair performed and does not cover new issues, pre-existing conditions, damage caused by misuse or accidents after repair, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period with your original service receipt. We will evaluate the claim and, if covered, perform the warranty repair at no additional charge. Warranty service must be performed at our facility.
Products sold by Total Data Support are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Warranty claims for retail products should be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policies.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Total Data Support, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to scrape, copy, or redistribute website content for commercial purposes, use automated tools or bots to access the site, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of our website.
Total Data Support's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Total Data Support, LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written authorization.
Online Ordering and Product Sales
Products available for purchase on our website are subject to availability. Total Data Support reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
Total Data Support offers free standard shipping on orders over $150, and free express shipping on orders over $200. Shipping rates for orders below these thresholds will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Total Data Support is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Title and risk of loss for purchased products pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and notifying us of any damage or discrepancy within a reasonable time.
Rewards Program
Total Data Support offers a customer rewards program that allows members to earn points with eligible purchases and redeem points for discounts or benefits. Participation in the rewards program is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the program, which are available on our website or upon request. Total Data Support reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time, with or without notice.
Rewards points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. Points earned through fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by Total Data Support of the third-party's content, products, or services. Total Data Support has no control over third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use.
We partner with third-party providers such as Lenovo, Gillware, and PC-Doctor for certain services and products. Transactions with these third parties are governed by their respective terms and conditions, which you should review independently.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Total Data Support's website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty that data recovery services will be successful in any given case.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Total Data Support disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Total Data Support in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Total Data Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Total Data Support, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Total Data Support's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Warren County, Ohio.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Total Data Support's Customer Care Team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of notice, either party may pursue their legal remedies.
Modifications to These Terms
Total Data Support reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated to customers where practicable, such as through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our website or services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations when using our services.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Statement, Return Policy, and Abandonment Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Total Data Support with respect to your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications on the same subject matter.
