Enhanced Strength and Stiffness

ABS-GF outclasses regular ABS in strength and stiffness, making it perfect for load-bearing and bending-resistance parts.

Greater Dimensional Stability

Glass fiber reinforcement gives ABS-GF better dimensional stability than regular ABS, minimizing warping and deformation during printing. This makes it ideal for intricate mechanical assembly parts or geometric components.

*Specimen Test: Model size (L*W*H): 240*50*20 mm³ (the XY direction); Infill Density: 25%

Fine Matte Finish

The seamless matte finish, coupled with nearly invisible layer lines, gives ABS-GF a smooth appearance, making it ideal for decorative and fine-grained parts.

Water Resistance & Built to Last

With improved water resistance and durability, Bambu ABS-GF is ideal for printing long-lasting production and household items, like mechanical casings, connectors and molds.

Printing Tips

1.Accessory Compatibility

Not compatible with Cool Plate SuperTack, and Hotend with Stainless Steel Nozzle 0.2 mm.

2.Drying Recommendations

  • Dry before use to ensure the best print quality and consistent finish. Store in a dry environment after use. For more details, please refer to: Filament drying instructions on WIKI.
  • For opened filament, we recommend drying before use according to the wiki’s recommended temperature and time settings.

3.Ventilation & Odor Notice

We recommend using an enclosed printer. At printing temperatures, this filament may release harmful gases, including styrene, which can cause dizziness or nausea. For extended operation, please wear a protective mask with a vapor filter (such as an activated carbon mask). If individuals with asthma or respiratory conditions, pregnant women, or children are present, please increase ventilation or pause printing with this material.

4.Warping Prevention Tips

To minimize warping, avoid printing large-sized high infill density models. Use enclosed printers and ensure the build plate is properly applied with glue for better print adhesion before printing. Set lower printing speed and higher heatbed temperature. For more details please refer to: Common print quality problems and solutions on WIKI.

5.Safety Tips

  • This product is a glass fiber reinforced filament that may produce fine fiber debris during use, post-processing, or contact with rough or fractured surfaces, posing a risk of mechanical skin punctures or foreign body irritation. To ensure safety, please avoid rubbing or touching rough edges and cross-sections with bare hands; it is highly recommended to wear gloves when loading or unloading the filament, as well as during cutting, sanding, or other post-processing operations, while using additional protective equipment as required by your specific working conditions.
  • Please store the filament in a cool, dark, and dry environment away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
  • Please keep filament and any broken fragments out of reach of infants, children, and pets to prevent swallowing or choking.
  • Please print this filament in a well-ventilated area, or install an effective air filtration or exhaust system.
  • As this filament is not food-grade, please avoid using finished prints for food storage or contact.
